We are dedicated to restoring the historic Marin Stables, the last remaining public horse stable in the Ross Valley. Built in 1937 (the same year as the Golden Gate Bridge) many of the Marin Stables structures and facilities are in dire need of restoration.

While an arena shutdown in 2006 and a fire in the Main Barn in 2012 changed our planned schedule for the restoration, we have moved forward to make the arena safe for use and we have restored the downstairs of the Main Barn after the fire. There is still work to do on both of these structures!

We are continued to move forward with a Master Plan that will include storm water management, creek restoration, riparian improvements, site improvements, building improvements, and a community room.
